Evergreen Primrose Oil Capsules naturally provide the essential fatty acids gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid that are usually supplied through our diet.

Evergreen EPO has been extracted using the “cold pressing method” ensuring that the oil has not been heated or become rancid.

Active ingredients of capsules: 
Vitamin E: 7mg 
Evening Primrose Oil (omega 3 & 6): 993mg

Recommended use:
Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily

Precautions:
Omega-6 supplements, including GLA and EPO, should NOT be used if you have a seizure disorder as there has been reports that these supplements can induce seizures.
