Domestic delivery

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time typically ship within 1 business day.

Shipping is free on orders over $49 or $4.49 within the contiguous 48 states.

You can choose USPS shipping rates.

Return/Refund

All returns and exchanges can only be processed by healthsite4u.com and we can send you a return label.

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 15 days. We'll send you a paid return label and either replace the product or issue you a full refund after we receive the product.

If you change your mind or no longer need the products, we will send you an shipping label and you must mail it back to us within 7 days of receiving the return label. Original shipping costs and return label will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds may take 3 to 10 days after receiving the product.

Please note that if you return an unsalable product, up to 50% of the original price may be deducted.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number for your package so you can track it.

It may take 4 to 10 business days after your order is received.

Shipping to Korea 택배

It takes 3-7 days.

If the product weighs less than 2 pounds, a $10 fee will apply.

There is a $15 fee for products weighing up to 4 pounds.

There is a $20 fee for products weighing up to 6 pounds.

If you are not a Korean and want to receive a package in Korea, your passport number will be used as a unique custom code. Just send us your passport number to lenajang@gmail.com after you complete the order.

Health functional foods can be cleared through customs only in quantities of 6 or less per order.

Customs clearance is possible only when the recipient's name and customs clearance number match.
A personal customs clearance number, A Korean shipping address, phone number, and email address are required.

If you do not have a personal customs clearance number, apply at https://p.customs.go.kr.

We will send you an unpaid label and you need to mail it back to us within 7 days after you receive the return label.  The original shipping cost and return label will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that if you’re returning opened sealed products, up to 50% of the original charge may be deducted.

International shipping

Once the order is processed, you will receive a tracking number of the package so that you can track your package.

Shipping to Korea:  

$10 charge when the weight of the products is less than 2 Lbs.

$15 charge when the weight of the products is up to 4 Lbs.

• 건강기능식품은 주문당 6개 이하로만 통관이 가능합니다.

개인통관번호가 반드시 필요합니다. https://p.customs.go.kr 에서 신청하세요.

• 수취인의 이름과 통관번호를 받으신 이름이 일치해야 통관이 가능합니다.
• 한글배송주소, 전화번호, 이메일주소가 필요합니다.
• 주문이 완료되지 않는 경우, 주소를 영어로 써 보세요.

화물배송추적번호를 이메일로 받으시면,  www.epost.go.kr에서 우체국택배를 누른 후에 화물배송추적번호를 기입하세요.

통관정보

• 구매자의 미확인으로 발생되는 세금책정/수입거부에 책임지지 않습니다.
• 통관시 여권 혹은 다른정부기관 발급신분도 사용할 수 있습니다.
• 제품을 주문하시기 전 구매하시는 제품의 통관, 세금부과의 여부를 관세청 홈페이지 www.customs.go.kr을 통해 확인하시길 적극적으로 권장합니다.

수입관세

• 여러 주문이 같은 영업일에 통관되는 경우, 개인수입관세가 부과될 수 있습니다.
• 수입관세가 부과되는 경우, 수입관세와 창고비용와 기타비용이 함께 청구될 수 있습니다.
• 수령국가에서 부과하는 세금은 본사와는 무관하며, 본사에 지불하는 배송료와는 별개입니다.

신용카드승인번호확인절차

• 해외사용이 불가능한 한국체크/신용카드로는 본사이트를 이용하실 수 없습니다.
